VANN, Susan T. a resident of Prattville, Alabama passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at the age of 54.
The family will receive friends, Sunday, April 2, 2023 at 3:30 p.m. with a memorial service at 4:30 p.m. at Gassett Funeral Home Chapel.
She is survived by her mother Judy Pouncy; children Courtney Vann, Kastine Black, Bailey Rhyne, Trip Rhyne; grandchildren Collyns Jackson, Violet Rhyne, Rhyland Rhyne, Aldyn Dotson; and sibling Robbie Nunn.
