Obituary for Margaret Graves (Phillips)
Margaret Phillips Graves, age 86, resident of Wetumpka, Al. passed away at her home on, Wednesday, May 4, 2022.
Margaret was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Austin Graves. She is survived by her children, Marcia Graves, Wilma (Wesley) Berry and Wanda (David) Whitmire;7 grandchildren,
Celeste (Jeremy) Peters, Christine Medina, Cheridie Kilpatrick, Jordan (Cherish) Moorer, Elisa (Chuck) Glasscock, Megan Moorer and Chelsea (Nick) Bigham; 14 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Margaret was a devoted Christian woman, loving wife, mother and grandmother along with being a great grandmother. She was proud to be a member of Eastern Meadows Church of Christ and watching the church grow through the years.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 9, 2022 at Eastern Meadows Church of Christ at 1:00 p.m. with Minister Steve Housley officiating. Burial will be private for the family at Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m.
