Obituary for Dorothy Virginia Thurston Whitt Bass
BASS, Dorothy Virginia Thurston Whitt, a resident of Wetumpka, Alabama passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at the age of 93.
Graveside service will be held Saturday, May 28, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Pine View Gardens with Mike Whitt officiating. Gassett Funeral Home of Wetumpka directing.
Mrs. Bass is preceded in death by her first husband Bill Whitt; and her son Buck Whitt. She is survived by her husband Sam Bass; son Mike (Sharon) Whitt; sister Betty (James) Wambles; grandchildren Carrie Whitt (Michael) Garcia, Joseph Thurston Whitt; great-grandchildren Virginia Wynn Garcia and Grace Louise Garcia; and other children Gene & Nancy Bass; Mary Anna Bass Carr; and special friend and caretaker Shaun Anthony.
