Obituary for Donna Gray Davis
DAVIS, Donna Gray, a resident of Wetumpka, Alabama passed away Sunday, February 13, 2022 after a brief illness at the age of 67.
Donna is preceded in death by her father Delbert Gray; brother Joey Gray; father-in-law Alfred Davis; mother-in-law Jean Davis; and stepfather-in-law Joe Lott. She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years Randy Davis; two daughters Christie (Mason) Marvel, Amy (Zach) Thompson; five grandchildren Jaxon & Wyatt Mulder, Slade & Cara Mae Davis, Kam Marvel; mother Faye Lott; two sisters Diane (Jim) Carmain, Sheila (Roy) Rowe and one brother Wayne (Becky) Gray; as well as other immediate family, adopted family and friends.
She was a beloved wife, mom, Mimi, and friend to so many. She was the example of a Godly woman with a servant’s heart who made sure you knew she loved you and gave the best hugs. Our lives are forever richer for having her in them.
The family will receive friends Friday, February 18, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with the funeral service at 12:00 p.m. at Mountain View Baptist Church with Pastor Tim Thompson and Rev. Anthony Counts officiating. Burial will be at Kaylor Cemetery with Gassett Funeral Home of Wetumpka directing.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jaxon Mulder, Slade Davis, Wyatt Mulder, Kam Marvel, Edwin Watkins, and Dr. Nealy Barrett.
The family would like to thank Elmore Community Hospital and North Baldwin Infirmary for the love and care they provided Donna and family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity of your choice in Donna’s memory.
