He is preceded in death by his parents, Riley Dave Puckett, and Alice Evelyn Puckett. He is survived by his brothers, Jeffrey Puckett (Tammy), Danny Puckett (Wanda); sisters, Wanda Altiere (James), and Becky Simpkins (Richard), Susan Joiner Puckett; and a host of nieces and nephews.
